CONVENIENT CLASS TIMES ALL WEEK!

More Class Times.

From bright and early at 5am to as late as 7:30pm in the evening. We even have a mid-day classes that are very popular for those who want to get their fitness on during lunch time. Members can access our member-only app for scheduling to reserve class times, track performance and interact with other members of the box!

30 minute classes that incorporate a high-energy workout, utilizing functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads.

60 min CrossFit classes that incorporate interval training and a variety of movements including complex gymnastics and weightlifting.

Ignite is interval training with an “afterburn”. Focused on foundational movements & intensity, getting results without complexity.
