CrossFit Core

CrossFit is our core program, it combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, plyometrics, and much more. The best program for building a foundation of general physical Fitness.

Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting classes run two days a week, Thursday and Sunday. This program is all about moving weight! Learn and perfect these highly technical lifts and gain strength in this program.


Our gymnastics is a class focused on strictly gymnastics style bodyweight movements. You’ll develop coordination, body awareness and strength while learning the progressions of things like handstands and muscle ups.

Surge Bootcamp

Want to burns tons of calories? Surge is our high intensity interval class designed to get you sweating. Longer workouts with simple movements where we’ve removed the barbells.


Challenge is perfect for those who need a transformation. Want to lose 15+ pounds over 6 weeks? Then this inclusive program is for you. We take measurements and include nutrition coaching with a fitness program geared to ramp you into incredible shape

Competitor Track

An advanced program designed for those training for the “Sport of Fitness”. This program supplements our CrossFit program to add the needed weightlifting, skills and conditioning volume competitors need.
