A 90 Minute Class Focused on Mastering the Art of Moving the Barbell Efficiently

The goal of Spark Barbell Club is to provide a class dedicated to improving Olympic Weightlifing, and Powerlifting skill and technique. It is included as part of the Unlimited Spark membership.

In addition to improving proficiency, members of the Barbell Club also receive guidance to prepare (optionally) for competition in local weightlifting meets.

What is the Barbell Club?

Spark Barbell (SBC) was started here at Spark as a way to help people improve in their strength using traditional barbell methods. Meant as a supplement to normal CrossFit classes, SBC will help you become stronger, more confident and comfortable when it comes to using lifts that utilize the barbell.
